Edward is a graduate Of The University of Kansas Physical Therapy Program where
he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1982. In the same year he was licensed
to practice physical therapy in both Missouri and Kansas. In addition, he has
managed two successful physical therapy clinics during the past twenty years
while continuing to treat patients on a full time basis.
Ed's clinical expertise includes manual therapy for the spine and extremities,
rehabilitation of athletes as well as the use of muscle imbalance and spine
stabilization techniques. He has specialized in the management of work injuries
including work conditioning and functional capacity evaluations. Edward's goal
in treatment is to restore functional tolerance to his patients so they may
return to normal work, athletic and home activities.
Also, Ed has been an adjunct instructor at the University of Kansas including
classes in spine rehabilitation and worker's compensation treatment programs. He
has frequently presented material in workplaces promoting employee safety and
the prevention of job related injuries.
