The McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® (MDT) is an internationally acclaimed method of assessment and treatment for spinal and extremity pain developed by New Zealand Physiotherapist Robin McKenzie. MDT completed advanced training in the MDT approach to assessment and treatment of the spine and extremities and successfully passed the credentialing exam in April 2018.  They use the MDT approach to give patients the power to control pain, stiffness, and ability to participate in daily activities.
